haven't blogged for a long time man. A's ended on 22 nov and i went for a chalet immediately after that. just came back yesterday. i shall just briefly summarise the events that took place during the chalet.

22 nov:
last day of A's!! i was happy that it ended but somehow just not as excited as the rest of the ppl in the exam hall who were cheering. went home to pack after that and met xs for lunch at jp. ate macs. met edi later...and went to meet up with the class at the chalet ( island resort). haha...stayed at room or house F7. yuppps. then off we went out for dinner and stuff. ate pepper lunch (for dinner) at clark quay. haha. after that some went to mos while edi, xs and i went back to the chalet first. quite scary to be in the house with only 2 ppl at such a late hour. haha...and the neighbouring houses were vacant. but we got through the night playing cards and watching tv. hardly slept at all even though i tried. yea...and there ends the first day.

23 nov:
woke up at 7 and a few of us went to macs for breakfast nearby. rented bicycles after that before going back to the chalet. played bridge for a while then we set out to the beach to play. decided to go kayaking/canoeing later...i shared a kayak/canoe with edi. it was quite fun/tiring/a bit seasick. haha...but overall not bad. i still cant tell the difference between a kayak and a canoe. oh wells. tried to build a sand castle later....but it turned out weird. and short. haha. went to bk for lunch/dinner afterwards. haha...three meals of fast food in 2 days. so 'healthy'. but not much choice anyways.
went back to the chalet after that and i think we just slacked around for a while until the celebrations for charlie's bdae started. the celebrations were....funny...and quite fun to watch but from afar. haha. next we went for midnight cycling...cycled to the jetty. the jetty was quite a nice place to hang around. cool breeze and all....was just afraid someone's slipper might fall into the sea. heh. or even someone. thankfully nothing happened.
headed back to the chalet later where the card games continued. haha...but ppl started falling asleep one by one and soon only xs, charlie and i were awake. cant really play bridge with 3 ppl so xs and i went for a walk down the beach. haha...we walked for a while but i was getting tired heh....it was already about 645am...wanted to stay up but i figured that we should just take a short nap to get some enery back so we slept until about 8 plus. haha. yea. that about sums up the entire chalet.
even though i barely sleep and i looked like a panda....haha...it was all worthwhile. we need to have more chalets! haha. oh ya...i think i got sunburnt too...my face was really red for a while. but like i said...sunburnt and no sleep and all....i am glad we had the chalet.
