had x-country today. didnt run cause i was down for first aid duty. heh. it was held at turf city instead of macritchie (is it correct spelling?). yea....and anyways i would have prefered it at macritchie. a nicer place to run and it is more shaded. the sun can do lots of harm to one. it did a LOT of harm to one particular guy. since i was posted at the base first aid station, i get to see a bit of action. this guy come back quite early in the run. he was like almost fainting. yupp. think it was too hot. the guy became slightly delirious. quite scary. i shall not go into the details. the rest were mostly just dehydrated. so not much of a problem. =) i am glad for the experience though.

had dinner with part of the class after that. ate sooo much. but it was nice.
