open house was held today! one year really passed so fast. it's like i visited the open house last year and now....i'm helping out. the layout this year is exactly the same as last year's. haha...thought they would have changed something. guess the tried and tested way is still the best? anyways...was supposed to be in sch at 10....but kind of woke up late (considering that i actually slept for about 15 hrs the night b4...i have no idea why i woke up late..unbelieveable right? yes...i noe. i am a piggy. 'oink') so reached sch only at 1015. luckily i didnt get scolded by the teacher. helped out first at the chinese booth. no idea why i did but i did anyways. sat there alone for 2 hrs. yupps. just looking at people walk by. seems no one was very interested in chinese. why would anyone be? think most of the people were crowding around the literature booth. wonder wats so interesting.
went to help out at the interact booth later. =) quite fun though. giving pencils and all....although i couldn't give much out since not many people came over. so mainly just sat there chatting with prathipa about random things...really random. haha. ^_^ oohh...i went over to the indian society booth later and did a henna painting thingy. amy did it for me. some flower sort of picture. so nicee. hope i dont get caught on mon or something.
