Or maybe you just enjoy trying out different cuisines and testing your taste buds' limits. Whatever it is that gets your mouth watering, you're not one to count calories or obsess over the extra helping you just took.Whether your weakness is chocolate cake, pepperoni pizza, or cuisines from other cultures, you don't deprive yourself a little indulgence here and there. Nor should you. But you should keep an eye on your health.
