Ruiqi, you take the most risks when it comes to Tempting Your Taste Buds

Diets be darned! You're not the type to restrict your options when it comes to food. Maybe you've got a sweet tooth. Perhaps you're a snacker. Or maybe you just enjoy trying out different cuisines and testing your taste buds' limits. Whatever it is that gets your mouth watering, you're not one to count calories or obsess over the extra helping you just took.Whether your weakness is chocolate cake, pepperoni pizza, or cuisines from other cultures, you don't deprive yourself a little indulgence here and there. Nor should you. But you should keep an eye on your health. It's OK to indulge a little every now again, but make sure you're eating your fruits and veggies, as well as your taste buds' favorite treats. Bon appetit!
